2.4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

3.2. Refund Approval: If the returned product meets the criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
